Competences and Skills: a European and Global Challenge - Brussels workshop

EDISON hosted a meeting in Brussels on Tuesday 9 Feb to explore the opportunities for collaboration and coordination of training and education activities amongst the various projects that fall under the area of e-Infrastructures across Eurorpe. Whilst we didn't manage to get everybody in the room for the event, we did have a good spread of interests covered. This led to some very rewarding and interesting discussions and ideas. A full report will be available soon as we pull together the notes and actions, as well as the slides from contributors including those that weren't used.

More concretely the workshop will:

  1. Raise awareness of the importance and value of the Data Scientist profession especially in the context of European research data infrastructure
